ALCO recruitment
CEPEHRG
is a civil society organization that has, since its inception been implementing
HIV and STI programs targeting key populations with support from several
donors, including Abidjan –Lagos Corridor Organization (ALCO).
Currently,
CEPEHRG is implementing an ALCO project and it is in this vain that CEPEHRG
wishes to recruit qualified and resourceful individuals to fill the positions
of Project Assistant, Monitoring &
Evaluation Officer and Account Officer.
PROJECT ASSISTANT
(ELUBO)
The
individual will be responsible for designing, guiding and directing the day-to-day
project activities as well as providing both administrative and technical
support on the field.
SPECIFIC TASK
·
Plan,
organize and run the activities in the intervention sites.
·
Supervise,
monitor and report on activities of peer educators on the field.
·
Organize
meetings with peer educators to assess progress of work, plan strategies to
address challenges, review and clean data collected.
·
Liaise
with beneficiary groups and relevant stakeholders for inputs in identifying
innovative ways of implementing activities.
·
Organize
logistical support and maintain stock levels of commodities.
·
Support
the capacity building process of all peer educators in data management.
·
Undertake
field monitoring visits.
·
Prepare
and submit data and narrative reports on the project indicators.
QUALIFICATIONS
·
A
degree/HND in sociology, social work or other related courses.
·
Minimum
of two years working experience.
M&E OFFICER
The
M&E officer will be responsible for designing and implementing the M&E
activities of the project; assisting the project coordinator in preparing
quarterly/annual reports on project progress and will monitor the project
activities on a regular basis, developing and maintaining the MIS of the
Project and will be responsible for the collection & analysis of different
data in relation to the project activities.
SPECIFIC TASK
·
Monitor
all project activities and progress towards achieving the project output;
·
Develop
monitoring and impact indicator for the project success
·
Monitor
and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results;
·
Provide
feedback to the project coordinator on project strategies and activities;
·
Suggest strategies to the Project Management for
improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by identifying
bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize
or eliminate such bottlenecks;
·
Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual
progress on all project activities to the coordinator.
·
Support
monitoring and evaluation of the effects and impact of the project;
QUALIFICATIONS
·
A
degree/HND in sociology, social work or other related courses.
·
Minimum
of two years working experience.
ACCOUNTS OFFICER
Responsible
for the day-to-day management of the project accounts. Support the finance
department to ensure that all financial transactions are carried out in
relation to the donor specifications and the organization's policies.
SPECIFIC TASK
·
Prepare the project's
management and all financial reports
·
Adhere to financial and accounting policies and ensures
compliance
·
Manage
tax and all tax related issues
·
Raise vouchers and prepare checks for payments in line
with the project budgets
·
Keep fixed asset register and be in charge of all issues
related to consumables and commodities
QUALIFICATIONS
·
A
degree/HND in accounting or other related courses.
·
Minimum
of two years working experience.
